He holds a number of corporate advisory and executive coaching appointments and is also a successful business author. He has written widely on, peak performance, careers, recruitment and entrepreneurship including two books on leadership: ‘What do Leaders Really do? published in 2007 and “What You Need to know about Leadership” published in March 2011.
